Kitchen, flooring, furniture, mattress, bedding, kitchen supplies, etc are all new. There is a large patio that is fully fenced, perfect for BBQing, relaxing or for your dog to lounge around.
We provide all utilities, WiFi, Cable & TV. Washer/dryer are on the property just steps away.

Check in is easy and all details will be emailed to you days in advance. We offer electronic entry locks for your convenience and safety! There is manager and maintenance crew available 24 hours a day for any issues you may have.

Golden Hill is one of San Diego’s oldest neighborhoods. The architecture is amazing and there are loads of fun restaurants, brew pubs, vintage stores, cafes and local grocery/produce stores close by with new business opening monthly! There is a weekly Golden Hill Farmer’s Market only 1 block away!

There is a major bus line 1 block from the apartment with South Park only 8 blocks, North Park a mile(ish), Downtown 7 blocks and Balboa Park less than a mile. LYFT and uber are always available and a cheap and easy alternative to driving. There are DecoBike rentals available in Golden Hill and throughout Central San Diego.
